Due to large-scale riots and uprisings in major metropolitan areas around the continental United States, the President has declared the following: Marshall Law has been declared in your area by executive order number one three seven seven seven. A curfew has been enacted between twenty one hundred and oh six hundred Eastern Standard Time. Individuals engaging in these uprisings will be treated as enemy combatants under Joint Resolution one oh seven dash four zero; otherwise known as the Authorization for Use of Military Force passed on the fourteenth of September, two thousand and one. United States residents and citizens are hereby ordered under executive order number one three seven seven five to report to their local police departments to receive their safety assurance monitors. Tampering, destroying, or hampering the use of a safety assurance monitor or failing to comply will result in prosecution. A taskforce designated by the Department of Homeland Security will be doing random checks to verify that this device is configured and functioning correctly. The President has ordered all inhabitants of the continental United States to bring their electronic devices to the nearest Department of Homeland Security checkpoint established in executive order number one three seven seven four. Devices to bring include: desktop and laptop computers, cellular devices, telephones, radios, and any device capable of transmitting a communicable radio signal. These devices will be inspected and modified according to executive order number one three seven seven six for your safety and for the safety of your fellow citizens. At this time, you will be ordered to decrypt and provide the correct keys for the device. Failure to comply will result in seizure of electronics and prosecution. Devices capable of utilizing the Secure Sockets Layer and Transport Layer Security protocols will have a Department of Homeland Security certificate installed on them. Tampering with or removing these certificates will result in prosecution. Businesses, residents, and citizens have been ordered under executive order number one three seven seven eight to replace all cash assets with the national digital currency device. A taskforce designated by local law enforcement will be responsible for seizing all cash assets and replacing them with their respective digital counterpart. It is hereby ordered that paper currency is no longer considered legal tender. Businesses will replace all devices capable of making a transaction with treasury leased devices. Visitors and nonresidents of the United States are strongly urged to locate their nearest embassy and determine how these new orders will affect them. It is strongly suggested that you depart from the United States until further notice. The United States cannot guarantee the ability of safe transport away from the US.
